Free Consultation
During our initial free consultation, we'll go over your requirements for play and understand the scope of the project. The first stage will be to conduct a site visit where we'll listen to your goals and engage in discussions. Whether you're after a complete design and build service, or looking to enhance an existing play area we'll help you understand your vision.
Free Design Proposal
The second step will be for us to provide a free design to show the vision for the play provision. We'll provide visuals and presentation boards that will help you see what the playground will become. We'll work closely with you at this stage to ensure that we're on the right path and that we're aligned with what we want to achieve.
Installation
We'll manufacture all of our equipment in our workshop and then deliver it to site. This is when the transformation begins! We'll agree an installation date and co-ordinate specific access arrangements with you. Our experienced in house installation team will work with you to ensure there's minimal disruption on site and that the works are carried out safely.
Upon completion, you'll receive an Operations and Maintenance manual that will help you in keeping your equipment in tip-top condition. We can also offer maintenance services to help ensure the longevity of your playground equipment.
Handover and Aftercare
After completion of the project, we'll meet with you on site and go through the newly installed playground equipment. We'll handover a user guide and within this guide all of the relevant contact details will be given in case there's any issues with your new equipment.
