Our tried and tested process starts with a free consultation. During the Consultation & Planning stage we'll look at the sites requirements and how the play area needs to integrate into the local area.

Massey and Harris have been designing and installing playgrounds for councils for over 80 years and we'll be able to help and support you through the whole process. We'll work with the council to ensure that we propose items as per the brief and that the items proposed work for the specific site. We'll work together to ensure that the items work and are suitable for the area and that any specific requests are listened to.

Following our initial consultation, we will put together a design for the space based on the project budget and requirements. We offer a diverse range of equipment, from classic favourites to innovative play structures, allowing you to create a playground that perfectly reflects the requirements of the space. We can design the play equipment to work seamlessly within the environment.

Once the design is signed off and order placed, we will begin manufacture. Our standard playground equipment is typically available on a short lead time which will help you achieve your project deadlines. If you require a more bespoke design, our lead time can run to 3 months during busier periods.

All of our equipment is checked for BSEN 1176 compliance prior to being shipped to site and installation.

The equipment is then installed with safety surfacing, ready for adventure! After successful installation of your playground equipment, we’ll provide a full range of O&M documentation and provide a full handover that you can supply to the managing agent or onsite team. You’ll also have piece of mind that you’ve installed playground equipment that has industry leading guarantees ensuring that the community will have years of play and fun ahead.
